Akon is now trending because of this statement he made when @miketyson shared that he is of Congolese descent. ⁣

Even when they asked him where Congo is, Akon responded that Congo is in West Africa 😩 . ⁣

During his recent interview, Mike Tyson even had to correct him on Mobutu being from Zaire, not Zimbabwe🤦🏾‍♀️. ⁣

We don’t know if Akon is trolling or what. He is definitely out there spreading misinformation. ⁣
