The spirit of Nicholle Kobi Maison is filled with love of sisterhood and women. Nicholle Kobi’s art is mostly directed towards black women, independent, modern and not afraid to break the codes.Especially for Afro women in predominantly European societies. For a long time black women image has been dehumanized . The goal of her art is to give a platform and a spotlight to people that are invisible in Art, such as plus sizes people or physically impaired ones. She wants to teach these young girls that all kinds of beauty deserves to be represented in the world. Aesthetics and Art should cross boundaries because it is universal. Her artwork has appeared in Marie Claire, Glamour, A+, BBC, HuffingtonPost, Jeune Afrique, Ebony, Essence, BET.com, ABC Studios (Grey’s Anatomy), NubianSkin, Ouidad, HarperCollins, Hallmark, Papyrus and many others. Her work has been featured in exhibitions in Paris, Toronto, Montreal, NYC, London, Rio de Janeiro Brazil, Atlanta, Johannesburg,SA and many cities across the United States and the world.

After writing her first line of code in the 2nd grade, Esther Musube Onema was determined to solidify her place in the world of software engineering. Now, at just 23-years-old, she is a full-time software engineer at Instagram. In Esther’s current role at Instagram, she works as a mobile developer implementing performance and visual quality enhancements to Instagram's video and image surfaces.As an intern at Facebook, she worked on the mobile product runtime team. It was her responsibility to improve render time and mobile app performance for Facebook-owned apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and etc.). Esther has experience with the following: Android Development, iOS Development, PHP, Hack, Java, Python, and C. Esther Musube Onema previously served as the 2019-2020 National Communications Chair for the National Society of Black Engineers, where she was deeply devoted to increasing the amount of minority talent within the STEM community. Esther obtained her bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida in December 2019. Additionally, her senior design project won in the category of “Best Project in Computer Science” at her alma mater. Esther has been featured in AfricanShapers, Les Dépêches de Brazzaville, Awa Magazine, and ict4africa for her accomplishments in STEM and great pride for her country of origin, The Democratic Republic of the Congo. Her inspirations include Steve Wozniak, James Baldwin, and her late grandfather, Andre Musube.
